The short version

CrossTrade started because we wanted to solve a problem we had at the time: How do we get a TradingView alert into NinjaTrader 8?

The automation tools available at the time were either overpriced or unreliable. So we built our own. Then we realized other traders were dealing with the exact same problems.

What we've built

Every feature in CrossTrade exists because a real trader hit a real wall. We don't build to a roadmap drawn up in a boardroom. We build what our users need, usually within weeks of them asking for it. Today that covers both NinjaTrader 8 and Tradovate, so the same alert can drive a desktop install or a cloud-linked account with no VPS required.

How we operate

No VC money. No investors. No sales team. We're bootstrapped, profitable, and accountable to exactly one group: the traders who use the platform every day.

We don't pay influencers to promote us. We don't post fake trading results. We don't hide behind a support ticket queue. Ask a question in our Discord and you'll usually hear back from one of us directly, often within minutes.

We ship fast, we listen to feedback, and we price the product so that a trader on a 50K eval account isn't getting squeezed just to automate their alerts.
